This lady was perfect from the moment she opened the door. So so welcoming, professional and very reassuring. Magdalena wasn't out to just take your money, she wanted to make sure I had tried other treatments before I decided on what I wanted from her clinic. We talked through the process and cons, asked about any medical problems etc and asked if l'd like to think about things before I booked. I didn't feel any pressure at all. I felt so welcome and I have booked my app for my treatment.

Wasnt sure what to expect as i had tried treatments before at another salon but didnt achieve results i was looking for, however i am blown away after having treatment from Magdalena cant believe the difference looking forward to my next visit thank you so much.

Was not sure which treatments to go for and Magdalena discussed different options and all the pro and cons. Magdalena is very knowledgeable and a has a fantastic range of treatments available.

Only place I will go for my lips now . Magdalena gets it right every time ... I have naturally very uneven lips so it's a skill to balance them out. also I like how comfortable I feel talking to her. I feel cared for as a customer. She's just all round lovely ☺️

Really enjoyed the treatment. Magdalena was very thorough and explained well the procedures. Will definitely come back to try different treatments with Nova.
