Booking Policy

Welcome to Nova Skincare Clinic! We are thrilled to help you achieve your skincare goals and provide you with an exceptional beauty experience. To ensure seamless service and optimal care for all our clients, we have established the following booking policies. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

Booking Policy

  1. Online and Phone Bookings

    1. Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by calling us directly at 07767 249855.
    2. A confirmation email or text message will be sent once your booking is successfully completed.
  2. Deposit Requirement

    1. A deposit of Full Advance Payment is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service.
    2. Bookings without a deposit may be subject to cancellation.
  3. Walk-ins

    1. We welcome walk-ins, but availability cannot be guaranteed. To ensure your desired time and service, we recommend booking in advance.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  1. Rescheduling Policy

    1. We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within this timeframe will allow us to transfer your deposit to your new booking.
    2. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  2. Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges.
    2. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be applied.
  3. No-Show Policy

    1. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a fee equivalent to the full cost of the missed service before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service time or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.

Group Bookings

  • For group appointments, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Changes or cancellations to group bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Special Requests and Custom Services

  • If you have specific requirements or would like to customize your treatment, please let us know during the booking process. Our team will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Pre-Treatment Preparation

  • To maximize the benefits of your treatment, please follow any pre-treatment guidelines provided by our team.
  • If you are unsure about preparation requirements, feel free to contact us in advance.

Health and Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment to protect the health and safety of our clients and staff.
  • Clients with certain medical conditions or allergies should notify us at the time of booking to ensure the chosen service is suitable for them.

Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments for services. Deposits can be made through Stripe at the time of booking.
