Cancellation Policy
A deposit will be required to book your appointment.
Your deposit will then be deducted from the total treatment price.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to re-arrange or cancel your appointment, this is so we can offer your time slot to someone else, failure to do so will result in you losing your deposit.
All cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your treatment cost.
If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced and the full price of the treatment must still be paid.
If you are too late for us to complete the treatment then you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
“No shows “ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
We are understanding people here at Nova Skincare Clinic and know that life often gets in the way of appointments so we will always do our very best to help where we can and accommodate any changes, cancellations or lateness.

If we do not feel you need a certain treatment, then we will tell you.
If we do not offer a treatment that we feel you need then we will recommend a reputable practitioner who can assist you.
